F H Ives Ltd is a traditional Timber Yard based in Wickford, Essex. Established in the 1940’s by Fred Henry Ives, the family business is now in its third generation. We pride ourselves on offering both traditional and modern day timber products with good old fashioned customer service. Our knowledgeable team of staff, have over 150 years combined experience with us.
Being a small independent business we are able to remain competitive and flexible to the needs of our customers. We sell an extensive range of timber and building products to the trade and public alike. Whatever, your building/home or garden improvements, it is more than likely we can help. Simply provide us with the dimensions and we will work out what you will need in terms of materials, as well as any tools to complete the project.
We have our own on-site Mill to ensure a speedy turnaround of sawn timber and deliver daily all over Essex. Alternatively, you can visit our Timber Yard and collect your goods, our staff will even help bring your timber to your vehicle.
